What I’m looking for in my next role
Why I’m writing this
As I explore my next leadership opportunity, I want to be clear and intentional about the kind of company I’m excited to work with, and the value I bring to the table. This isn’t just a job search; it’s a conversation starter. I’m sharing what I care about, how I lead, and the type of business I believe design can meaningfully shape. If you're building something ambitious in the luxury space, this is an open invitation to connect.
Partnering with luxury brands to elevate experience through design leadership
I’m currently looking for a new design leadership role, one where I can build, lead, and inspire teams to create exceptional digital experiences for luxury brands that are committed to craft, innovation, and lasting value.
I’m not just looking for a job, I’m looking for a partnership with a business that believes design is a differentiator, not a department.
I want to work with businesses where design is central to the brand
Whether it’s a luxury watchmaker, an automotive house with heritage, a private members club, or a fashion or hospitality brand rooted in taste and culture, design must be more than surface-level.
The companies I’m drawn to:
Invest in brand as a business strategy
Craft digital experiences that reflect real-world elegance
Understand the nuance of customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints
Value consistency, detail, and restraint as a form of excellence
Want to stand apart, not just keep up
What I bring to the table
I specialise in helping premium brands translate their identity into meaningful digital experiences. As a design leader, I focus on three things:
1. Building strong design teams
I believe design culture is built, not inherited. I want to shape and lead a product design team that:
Works collaboratively across disciplines
Operates with clarity, autonomy, and ownership
Understands the difference between polish and purpose
Builds systems that scale quality, not just speed
2. Driving UX excellence with business fluency
I lead with craft, but I speak the language of business. That means bringing design into conversations about:
Customer Lifetime Value - how good design sustains relationships
Purchase Probability - how we design for those most likely to convert
TAM & opportunity sizing - so we focus on what matters most
AARRR metrics - to strengthen the full user journey
Blue Ocean thinking - so we design what others won’t, or can’t
These aren't just frameworks, they're tools for design to lead, not follow.
3. Getting into the details without losing sight of vision
Some leaders manage. Others create. I believe in doing both. I want a role that allows me to:
Stay close to the work
Guide the strategy and the story
Sweat the details with the team
Represent design at the table, without pulling away from the craft
What I’m looking for in a business
I’m ready to join a company that asks bold questions and invites design into the answers.
Questions like:
How do we differentiate in a saturated market?
What part of our user experience signals real quality?
Where can design drive emotional connection and commercial impact?
What does “premium” feel like in digital terms?
How do we use data without losing our creative edge?
How can design elevate, not just support, our business model?
Because when design is integrated, not siloed, it changes the product, the brand, and the customer relationship.
